Ingredients
- 225 g low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1/2 glass of tofu curd
- 2 glasses of melon slices
- 1/4 glass of blackberry jam
- 1/4 glass of whey protein powder
- 1,5 glass of frozen blackberries
- 4 blackberries for decoration
Method
Step 1
With cocktail whisk or the blender wipe yogurt, tofu curd, melon, jam and whey protein powder. Shake for 45 seconds at high speed or until the mixture becomes solid.
Step 2
Add the frozen blackberries and wipe again at high speed until the mass becomes solid again.
Step 3
Serve immediately. If you want you can decorate the cocktail with blackberries.
